Safari & Desert Vehicles
Our fleet is maintained to high standards for comfort and safety. By UAE law, seat belts must be worn whenever the vehicle is moving. To keep everyone safe, we follow strict child seating policies. Please request child seats in advance so we can allocate the correct equipment and vehicle.
Seating policy (general guidance)
Seating is not pre-allocated. On shared safaris, seats may rotate within the same 4×4 during the excursion. Please read the Safety Card provided by your driver/guide before departure.

- Languages: Most city sightseeing tours can be multilingual, while desert safaris are conducted in English for safety and clarity.
- Terrain: Safaris involve off-road driving on rugged desert tracks and dunes. This is exciting but can be bumpy.
- Health considerations: If you have neck/back issues, heart conditions, recent surgery, or any medical concern that could be aggravated by off-road travel, we do not recommend dune bashing.
- Expectant mothers & guests with medical conditions: We can often arrange alternative, gentler segments (e.g., straight-to-camp access, soft tracks) if requested in advance. Please inform our team when booking so we can advise suitable options.
- Accessibility: We’ll do our best to accommodate specific needs when notified ahead of time.

Clothing should not be transparent, tight, or revealing. Beachwear is fine at beaches, pools, and beach clubs only. Light clothing suits most of the year; a jacket/sweater is useful in winter evenings and on desert/mountain trips. Always bring hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses during the day.
